Day 03 - Solar Plexus Chakra 528Hz Remove Negative Blockages

Located at the center of the body, the solar plexus chakra plays an important role in the development of personal power. It promotes a feeling of confidence and optimism. When the solar plexus chakra is blocked, we can feel powerless, our self-esteem runs low, either pursuing validation and acknowledgment or misusing our powers. Use chakra meditation with 528 Hz solfeggio frequency to help balance and restore the flow of energy to your solar plexus. During this meditation, try to imagine a ball of golden-yellow light igniting the area of this chakra and getting larger with every inhale. The use of headphones at a moderate volume is recommended.
