Affirmations for healing your relationship.

You can use these affirmations for any relationship you would like to improve and heal in your life.

Through using these affirmations you are balancing the energy that is within you and flows between you and the other person.

These affirmations give you back hope that having a peaceful,

Loving and respectful relationship is possible.

Relationships point us to things we need to calibrate,

Heal and harmonize within ourselves and together.

While doing these affirmations,

Think about particular relationship you would like to improve and harmonize.

Take a deep breath,

Beautiful being,

Close your eyes and we can get started.

My name is Petra and I will guide you through these healing affirmations.

I release all the negative thoughts I generated about you and I come back to the present moment.

And at this moment I see things for what they are.

I have love and respect for myself,

For my needs,

For my energy and my desires in this life.

And I do have the same for yours.

Since the universe put us together,

There is a way to fulfill both at the same time.

I give myself enough alone time to balance,

Harmonize and relax.

I know that everything is working just fine.

I know that you enrich me as much as I enrich you.

I am here to give and receive from you equally for many wonderful reasons why the universe brought you into my life.

Without you,

Life wouldn't be the same.

I am a kind and sensitive human being.

I keep myself safe,

Nurtured and taken care of in our relationship.

We both have a loving heart and therefore we only come to conclusions that care for both of us.

My self-love is the number one navigator in our relationship.

Therefore,

I focus more on the fact that I love myself.

Meeting in the middle way is the golden path for both of us.

And even though my mind or ego can disagree sometimes,

I know that this is true.

I am mindful of the emotional burden I carry from my past and our past.

And I am mindful about keeping us free of these burdens.

I wish for is love,

Harmony and peace for both of us.

I let these qualities to speak through me in any possible conflict we might have.

Sometimes I look at the sky to light up my emotions and to know that this is not as serious as it seems.

I breathe deeply and I let the lightness of the sky soak into my being.

May we both be happy.

Only then we can have a beautiful and harmonious relationship.

May I always express my love to you and myself so that no conflict is necessary anymore.

I invite you and myself to speak clearly and honestly about our feelings.

And I am mindful of creating such a space between us.

You do not have to be like me and I do not have to be like you.

And we can still meet.

I let the frustration go and I breathe in ease.

I know life is meant to pass through me with ease.

And we are meant to be happy.

I want to enjoy life and I want to enjoy our relationship.

And I love myself.
