Greetings.
My name is Pete Brandel.
If you're listening to this message,
It means you need a big boost,
You need to clear some stuff that doesn't feel good,
You need to get back on the path in a way that feels great.
So let's just start from where we're at.
I'm assuming because you're listening to this that we've got to clear some negative emotion.
The mind can get stuck in negative emotion,
Stuff that's not truly the truth of us.
And even hearing that can be a little hopeful,
Like,
Oh,
I'm experiencing sadness.
Well,
I know that's not me.
That's potentially why I'm sad,
Because I'm not feeling the joy that is me.
So I developed some affirmations,
I developed some tools that I put together in a healing modality called Believe Love,
And just repeat after me,
I'm not going to go through it before I do it,
I'm just going to do it.
And if you want to hear it before you say it,
Then just,
You know,
Go back in this track or listen to it twice.
So here we go.
I choose,
So say this to yourself.
Here we go.
I choose to improve my relationship to the love of sadness,
Grief,
Upset,
Worry,
Pain,
Struggle,
Fear,
Doubt,
Guilt,
And any negative emotion that's plaguing me right now.
From the light of the light of me.
Now we said the love of,
Because there's love in sadness,
Sadness is letting you know that something's not 100% lit.
There's love and despair,
Like,
You're not supposed to feel great if you're living in an alley,
Like,
I mean,
Supposed to is in quotes,
But it's like,
There's,
There's reasons for these emotions,
It keeps you like on a path of progression.
And there's love there.
So when we improve our relationship to the love of these negative emotions,
It's like we learned the lesson and we're able to move on and not be stuck there anymore.
So I want you to feel like you're already feeling a little bit better.
Repeat this affirmation for the next stage of this journey.
I choose to empower myself to continue to do my best.
To start making the next best,
Right choice with ease,
Grace,
And as much clarity as I can muster from the light of the light of me,
Good.
This affirmation is going to be a little bit of an icing on the cake,
But not,
Not quite there yet.
But I choose to acknowledge that I've always done my best and I choose to accept that potentially there are no mistakes.
And even though I'm feeling a little bit in shadow right now or a lot,
I'm willing to believe that I deserve good.
And now I'm willing to do what it takes to get there,
Taking stock in the present moment and knowing life is a journey and not every turn is going to be beautiful.
But as I progress,
I can have presence within and actually enjoy the whole journey upwards and onwards.
Absolute love.
You see,
The love of grace,
Absolute love,
And that's now we're complete.
And what that meant is the love of grace,
Like grace,
Like the universe bestowing luck and love and joy on you and you bestowing luck,
Love,
And joy on the world and the love of that,
Like not what our mind thinks that means,
But the truth of that.
And that's the blessing for today.
So hopefully it's got you out of your,
Out of your place.
