Forgiveness is the balm that you give yourself for life not being the way that you think it should be. Now, I came up with that quote while talking with a friend and a client. And I just think it's so powerful because we can forgive our environments for not being as energetically pure as we'd like them to be. We can forgive our partners, Our dogs for not being as tidy as we think they should be. We can forgive ourselves for not being as perfect as we wish we were in the past, Present, Or future. It's a very universal quote. And forgiveness is truly the balm we give ourselves for life not being the way parts of us think it should be. We can actually forgive, Use that balm for things that even governments do or corporations or people driving next to us. It's a balm that we give ourselves. It's a nourishing application that allows us to move forth with love and to feel the love within. Because when we feel the love within, We can move forth with love. So I hope you can use this little quote. I'll say it again and I'm going to pull up the note so I get it just right. Forgiveness is the balm you give yourself for life not being the way you think it should be. You know, Lots of us think about forgiving horrible things that have happened to us in the past. Use that quote. You know, We think life should have gone perfectly and pleasantly. Yes, In an integrous world where everything is integrous, Yes. But we're in a world where we value integrity because not everything is in integrity. And that's part of our purpose. Part of my purpose is to bring more integrity into the world. You know, Person by person, Interaction by interaction. And you have that ability to ensure if your consciousness was somebody else that hurt you in the past, They wouldn't have hurt you because they would have been you. But they're them. And they did what they did. And forgiveness is the balm we give ourselves for life not being the way we wish it would have been. So I hope you're able to forgive yourself, Forgive other people for the past. Forgive yourself for the present where you feel like you've fallen short. Forgive yourself for anything in the future already that you haven't even messed up on. Because quite frankly, We're going to mess something up. And it's okay. Give yourself that balm, That nourishment. I'm here to tell you it matters.
