And a long exhale out of your mouth.

And exhale.

Deep breath in and a full,
Slow release.
And just see how.

Bringing your awareness.
Into your body now.
And just notice where you are holding tension without needing to change anything.
Just relax.
Simply.
Notice.
Scanning your shoulders,
Your chest.
Your jaw.
And just softly releasing.
On your next exhale.
Just letting your breath stay slow,
Natural,
Steady.
Now I'd like you to gently bring to mind a space in your life.
That doesn't serve you or perhaps feel aligned anymore.
A room.
A conversation.
A relationship.
Just notice.
How your body responds.
Tightness,
Heaviness.
A subtle contraction.
I just want you to stay with that sensation.
Without needing to fix it.
Now take a deeper inhale.
And a slow exhale.
And just repeat silently.
I am allowed to choose differently.
I am allowed to outgrow,
Release what no longer serves me.
I have built strength.
To heal,
To walk away.
And feel that strength inside of you.
Not forcing it.
Not urgently.
Just grounded.
Steady.
With certainty.
And knowing that walking away is not failure,
It is clarity.
