Good morning.
We're going to start differently today.
Day four of this 40 day journey through awakening the creative energy,
Vitality,
And authenticity of your own way.
No matter what you choose to hold in your hand.
Stand up.
Feel your feet on the floor,
The ground,
And if you can,
Maybe even the dirt.
Spread your toes wide,
Lift them off the surface,
And then place them back down.
Feel all edges of your feet engaged with the surface underneath.
And if it isn't actually the soil of the earth,
Then close your eyes and imagine it to be so.
Imagine the journey through the floor,
The structure you are on,
To that place where the earth meets the soles of your feet.
Travel up your legs.
With these feet about hip distance apart,
That energy you've connected to in the earth finds the electric conduit that travels through that solid foot,
Up the calves,
Through the knees,
Up through the thighs,
Into your hips.
Feel it vibrate there in your core.
Swirl up through your heart.
Straighten your shoulders.
Elongate your neck.
Extend your arms long and wide.
Vibrate through your hands.
And finally,
Lift your head so that it's almost as if a string from the crown of your head is being pulled from the very heavens above.
This is you.
A vital,
Vibrating conduit connected to the earth.
Connected to the sky.
Undeniably here.
What will you do with that today?
With your eyes closed still,
In this connected engagement with your life,
Imagine what it looks like to believe.
Believe that the vitality that is your will,
And your desires,
And your dreams,
Is real.
Believe that that little nugget,
That piece of ambition,
That sits in your heart,
That perhaps you've told no one about.
Believe that it is a divine spark,
Awaiting ignition through your hands,
Or your feet,
Your heart,
Or your head,
Into the world.
That when you're ready,
And it will be in perfect timing.
When you're ready,
That spark won't just light up your own life.
It will ignite the fire in someone else's heart.
Perhaps many someone else's heart.
And when that happens,
They too,
Light up other hearts.
Today,
As you stand here in this connected pose,
With your heart,
And your head,
And your gut fully engaging with this believing,
Know that you have done your best work.
Whether you're at the beginning,
The middle,
Or at the point where continuing is your greatest gift,
Know that today you've done your best work,
And calling yourself back to the believing,
And knowing your spark is so important.
It is your responsibility to believe.
