Anubis Nile River Meditation

Welcome to a ritualistic purification in the ancient waters of the Nile River. Anubis is your guide through the waters of the body, and specifically the womb / creative centers. As you lay back and receive through headphones, if you fully allow, you may be transported to Ancient Egypt to receive the communion of the holy water coding. To baptize, to renew, to cleanse and to hydrate your ancient soul to a state of refreshing remembrance and reconnection to timeless ritual.

I come to commune with the sacred waters of all knowing,

For cleansing,

Recollection,

Healing and initiation into the intuitive flow of my ancient nature.

With humble reverence,

I thank the waters of this earth for their crystalline embodiment of source,

For the akashic codes of all memories that they carry,

For the sustenance and source of all life that is water.

Imagine yourself kneeling at the precipice where the ancient sands meet the timeless Nile River.

Here you are alone,

Bowing in gratitude for the ancestral memories pulsing through the river veins,

From the heavens to the sea to be infinitely recycled,

From the depth to the peak,

As you also dance in the heart of your emotions.

For this sacred healing process,

We welcome our guide Anubis.

He is the jackal-headed high priest,

Light and guardian through the underworld.

Anubis is the vital space holder in rites of death,

The divine embalmer and the masculine companion through the portals of rebirth.

In ancient Egypt when a person dies,

They are brought to their crossing over ceremony with a council of natters,

To have their heart weighed against the ostrich feather of Maat.

If their heart weighs less than the feather,

Through humility and rites of purification,

They are granted passage into the afterlife.

If the soul carries resistance to confronting where in their life they could have been in more conscious alignment,

And if they aren't willing to open their hearts to healing,

Their soul is swallowed up to exist no more.

In either instance,

Anubis is the designated assistant to the soul through these two possible paths.

In the case of peaceful crossing to reincarnation,

Anubis takes us hand in hand all the way through the tunnels of darkness to be reunited in the light.

It is time to self-initiate into the watery depths of all we have been too ashamed or disconnected to process.

Laying down or sitting comfortably with your eyes closed,

Imagine looking down to see a beautiful olive branch in your right hand.

When you feel ready to trust Anubis and accept him as your guardian through this rite of passage,

Offer it to him in gratitude and respect.

Feel him accept your offering and merge his heart with yours,

Telepathically informing you that it's safe to trust him,

That you're in the care of a humble,

Keen-sighted high priest whose duty and honor it is to support you through this rebirth.

He understands the mistrust that may exist in your past towards men.

Anubis understands the hesitancy you may feel to knowingly enter the tunnels of darkness.

This is not a place to assume comfort,

For this is the realm of the most important work we can do as conscious souls.

We are here to clear the burdens we've carried psychosomatically in our bodies,

Wombs,

Hearts,

And in our consciousness.

We are here to purify our inner reservoir and reclaim the ancestral and cosmic information encoded within our waters and therefore to renew the waters of the planet.

Place a hand over your heart and feel his assurance that you are ready and supported by his loving presence.

Return to the visual at your dedicated water sanctuary,

Slowly submerging yourself within the water,

Floating on your back as Anubis gently cradles you and keeps you afloat.

Breathe deeply as he speaks the following prayer over you.

May the consciousness of the waters renew the cellular coating of the water within your body to cleanse the DNA and printing within your womb of all past lovers.

The womb is once more a place of creativity,

Innocence,

And power.

This precious space is now free of emotional or energetic ties.

May the waters of the womb be a pure channeling line,

Married directly to the source of all,

To be fertilized by the divine love of the cosmos,

As you surrender to the melting of these emotional ice blocks,

You see them pour out of you as you feel the Nile River begin to rise.

Your ancient soul remembers that with the flooding of the Nile comes great destruction to its riverbanks,

But simultaneously a regeneration of the sacred soils in which new life will burst forth from.

May the consciousness of the sacred waters rinse cool the collective rage,

Oppression,

And rejection of the feminine,

The steaming,

Boiling waters of internalized fury.

May the smoke soar out from your heart into the clouds for transmutation and the rumbling heat settle to a refreshing balance,

And inspiration for matured reclamation.

Feel the temperature of the water Anubis is holding you in.

Feel the rushing of the water against your skin.

Feel the prayer as a ritual with the eye of your consciousness.

May your internal waters represent a magnificently alchemized stream of magic surrounded by fertile,

Colorful abundance,

Glistening light radiating from raw,

The perfect temperature of comfort and rejuvenation.

The most glorious emanation of safety and connection.

May your internal waters reflect the power of your healing process and passionate depth through the immensity of the waterfalls while also resembling ferocity through the storm swell crashing into the cliffs.

May all lessons of every form of the sacred waters be anchored within your consciousness that you may remain in a state of awareness,

Humility,

Gratitude,

And connection to all that flows through you.

May you know comfort within the dark depths and also the process of emergence to the surface for rest and expanded perspective.

May the expression of your sacred waters be uninhibited,

Free as the rivers,

Strong as the tides,

Nurturing as the rains.

As every memory of every moment in all of time is restored within each molecule of this element.

We pray for the cleansing and restoration of all water systems on the planet.

May the veins of the earth flow freely and clean back to the one.

May the future children of this planet know clean waters and hear the songs of the ancestors in the silence beneath the ocean.

As you are baptized by the waters,

Welcome any potential desire to mourn for your mother and her mother,

For all the earth's mothers and grandmothers,

For your sisters,

Your brothers,

Know that Anubis is holding and protecting you through the cathartic potential of this process.

Take Anubis' following affirmation into your being and allow it to reflect outward as your declaration as it resonates,

I summon the courage from the center point of my being to free myself from false enslavement of masked emotion as I emote like a mighty hurricane,

Gathering and collecting the pieces of grief that have been passed down my family line for generations.

I gather the pain,

Suppression,

The silencing,

Distortion,

The abuse of the patriarchal rain,

And within my hurricane of feeling,

I wail,

I scream,

I sob.

I embrace the tears as they stream down my face to wash my heart and womb clear of all ancestral density that is now becoming liberated.

Each drop of emotion that drips from my eyes holds a specific key to freedom for my ancestors and future generations.

I thank the sacred waters of my emotion for its incredible power and I affirm the safety and importance of this process for it benefits all of existence.

You and Anubis simultaneously take a deep breath and open your eyes together.

You gaze into his dark,

Jackal facial features and see the depth of existence in his eyes.

You see and feel that he has journeyed to the infinite edge of darkness as the torch of the Most High,

For he surely knows betrayal from the moment of his birth where he was abandoned in the desert to be forgotten.

Anubis reminds you that in the pain of crisis comes opportunity to rise as a sacred healer.

He assists you in emerging from your floating position as you wade through the water together,

Sitting at the edge of the river.

You complete your ceremony with a closing prayer.

This holy initiation,
