So we're going to do a breathing technique called breath of fire,
Which is equal inhalation and exhalation through your nose.
Something like this,
If you wanted to do it through your mouth,
Think of like a dog when they're panting like.

As I do it,
My stomach is totally pumping in.
So we're going to do that.
And if you feel more comfortable doing it from your mouth,
You can totally do it that way and then when you're comfortable then start doing it through your nose.
But it's really about pumping the diaphragm.
This is like a breath espresso shot and let's go ahead and begin.
Now,
If you're on your menstrual cycle or if you're pregnant,
Just do long deep breathing.
Or through the mouth You're doing great.
20 more seconds.
Take a deep inhale.
Hold the breath real tight tight tight.
And exhale.
Release your hands down towards your thighs.
Good.
Come back to your natural breath.
