He also shares short talks on secular Buddhist insights via the video blog on his website. Paul has been passionate about Buddhist teachings and practices for many years and has benefited greatly from applying what he's learned to my own life. He teaches these principles and insights to others, as it pertains to his own understanding and experience. He is commitment to ongoing personal practice and deepening his understanding of the Dharma, which includes regular mentorship with my own teacher who spent 13 years as a Buddhist nun and translator alongside the venerable Zen master, Thich Nhat Hanh, at Plum Village, France.
