And radiates back out into space.

Give yourself over to this spiritual decluttering.
Each wave carries away thoughts that are not serving you right now.
Allowing you to be present.
And in this presence is the expanding awareness that you are at your deepest essence.
A divine dance of energy in the vastness of all space.
In this presence,
Breathing into the awareness that your dance partner is an energy called love.

And forever at the core of who you are.

I want you to bring your awareness to the energy that is at the base of your spine and your pelvic floor.

Picture this energy center suspended in the vastness of all space.
And just notice any feelings that come up.
If energy is stuck here,
It can manifest in feelings of fear,
Insecurity,
Not belonging.
And if any of these feelings are present here,
Simply notice this with an attitude of,
Isn't that interesting.
And now open your awareness to the energy of love that is also in this space.
And invite the energy of love to clear and transform any imbalance.
And restore your sense of trust,
Security,
Confidence.

Set the intention for greater self-care by connecting with your family.
By connecting with the earth in whatever form that might take.
And now move into gratitude for the love you are.

I want you to bring your awareness to the energy center that is your lower back and pelvis.
And picture this energy center suspended in the vastness of all space.
Notice any feelings that come up.
And now,
If you experience any feelings about integrity,
Relationships that aren't working,
Lack of intimacy,
Passion,
Desire.
Simply notice this with an attitude of,
Isn't that interesting.
And then open your awareness to the energy of love that is also in this space.
And invite the energy of love to transform any negativity into the courage to be vulnerable.
Especially in your relationships with others.
And set the intention now for self-care by remembering that everyone in your life plays a role essential to your development.
Set the intention to allow yourself creative playtime.
To let go of results.
To move your body and dare to dance like nobody is watching.
Now move into gratitude for the love you are.
Bring your awareness now to the energy that is your upper abdomen.
And picture this energy suspended in the vastness of all space.
And just notice any feelings that are present.
If you are experiencing any negativity,
Any feelings regarding your power,
Your need to control.
Lack of personal boundaries,
Competitiveness,
Indecision,
Or people-pleasing.
Simply notice this with an attitude of,
Isn't that interesting.
Now open your awareness to the energy of love that is also in this space.
And invite the energy of love to transform negativity into personal power.
Into the strength to change.
And set the intention now for self-care by replacing any vague expectations in your life with clear agreements.
By seeking first to understand and then be understood.
By setting achievable goals and suspending judgment when things don't go as planned.
And by making gratitude a daily routine.
Now I want you to bring your awareness to the energy in your heart space.
Picture this energy suspended in the vastness of all space.
And breathe and allow any feelings to come forward.
If energy is stuck here,
It can manifest in relationships with people who betray you.
Feelings of unworthiness.
The inability to love yourself.
Open your awareness to the energy of love that is in this space.
And invite the energy of love to clear and transform any imbalance.
And to unharness the love you have for yourself and others.
Invite the energy of love to strengthen your ability to forgive yourself and others.
To let go of any false,
Self-defeating stories you repeat about your worthiness and your lovability.
And set the intention now for self-care by letting go of resentments.
By writing affirmations,
Putting them where you will see them every day.
By consciously choosing to serve others through random acts of kindness.
By connecting with your inner child and re-parenting that deepest aspect of your loving nature.
Now bring your awareness to the energy in the area around your throat.

And breathe.
When energy is stuck here,
We can feel a lack of purpose.
We may find that all of our efforts to control our destiny aren't panning out.
Speaking our truth may feel impossible,
So we lie.
So open your awareness to the energy of love that is also in this space.
And invite love to release any blocks to surrendering your will to a higher intelligence.
Set the intention now for greater self-care by admitting your mistakes.
By daring to speak your truth from a place of conviction and caring.
By singing out loud to it for the love you are.
Now bring your awareness to the energy center that is between your eyebrows.
And picture this energy suspended in the vastness of all space.
And allow any feelings to come forward.
An imbalance of energy here can silence our intuition,
That connection to a greater intelligence.
It can have us stuck in a fixed mindset,
Denying what we know is true.
We may suffer from non-stop judgmental thoughts and endless worry.
So open your awareness to the energy of love that is also in this space.
And invite love to clear any blocks to the serenity,
Acceptance and wisdom you were born with.
Now set your intention for self-care by letting go of judgment.
Set your intention for self-care by opening to the quality of understanding that you have,
That goes beyond human reasoning,
Because it is divine in origin.
And now pause in the gratitude for the love you are.
Now I invite you to bring your awareness to the energy center that is the top of your head.
And picture this energy suspended in the vastness of all space.
And allow any feelings to come forward.
Any imbalance of energy here can make it difficult to be present.
Our thoughts focused on the past or an imagined future.
Feeling spiritual disconnection.
We might experience fear of losing our identity or connection with life and the people around us.
So open your awareness now to the energy of love that is also in this space.
And invite the energy of love to clear any blocks or imbalance.
And set the intention for self-care by taking the time each day to become present through meditation.
Acts of service.
And as you pause in the gratitude for the love you are,
I want you to take a deep breath.
As you imagine these seven energy centers within you,
Starting at the base of your spine,
And culminating in the space at the top of your head.
Picturing them coming together to form a vibrant,
Open circuit of energy moving through you.
This passage of energy synchronizing with the rhythm of your breathing.
And all you have to do is let go.
And surrender into the experience of this beautiful conduit of resonating harmonics.
Energy coming in,
Passing through,
Flowing out.
Circling back in.
Passing through.
Cleansing and clearing the fog of judgment and misdirection.
Repairing any energetic leak.
Soon with the highest vibration.
The one that is always present.
Universal.
Called love.
