Completely altering

This meditation is amazingly, wildly intense and fabulous, like a love child of Alice In Wonderland, a personal potential pep talk, and a poetry slam with a multitude of talents. This is not the sort of thing I would usually try, but I was curious about what would have generated such disparate reviews. Now I'll be looking up some of the resources Patty mentions at the end. Remember, you're not committed to listening for the who 25 minutes, you can always turn if off after a few minutes if it's not your thing. (Apologies if this shows up more than once; IT is being a little messy.)

This was unlike any meditation that I’ve ever done. My mind wanted to be skeptical, but my inner me told me that maybe this is the radical changer hat I need.
