Binaural Alpha

This soundscape is mixed with Binaural beats of 8.3Hz which promotes the emergence of Alpha waves, allows the synchronization of our two hemispheres: our more creative right brain and our more rational left brain. They are also facilitators of creativity and learning. When we are “wired” into Alpha waves, our state of consciousness runs deeper. We are very present in what we do, a bit between wakefulness and sleep.
