Divine source of all that is,
I rise in the gentle light of this new day,
Seeking your infinite wisdom and loving guidance.
As the sun awakens the world around me,
I align my heart with the frequency of love,
Wholeness and truth.
I ask that you wrap me in your eternal light,
Dissolving all shadows that may cling to me.
In this sacred moment,
I set the intention to release every word of harm,
Every curse and every negative utterance that has ever been spoken over me.
I recognize that words carry power,

I reclaim my sovereignty over my own destiny.

Divine source,
I ask that your healing energy flows through every fiber of my being,
Unweaving the threads of negativity that may have taken root within me.
May your light purify my mind,
Body and spirit,
Freeing me from the chains of others' judgments.

I am a being of pure light.
