Heavenly Father,
Creator of all that is seen and unseen,
We come before you this morning with hearts open wide,
Yearning for your presence.
We rise today with the dawn.
As the light of a new day breaks over the horizon,
So does our desire to draw nearer to you.
We come,
Not just to speak,
But to listen.
Guide us Lord,
In this prayer of letting go,
That we may find freedom in trusting you completely.
Father,
We acknowledge that so often our hands are clenched,
Our minds racing with thoughts of control,
And our hearts burdened by the weight of things we cannot change.
We hold tightly to our plans,
Our worries,
Our hurts,
And our fears,
Believing that somehow our grip can secure our future,
Can protect us from pain,
Can guarantee happiness.
Today Lord,
We choose to let go.
We choose to release our grasp on the things that bind us,
Recognizing that our true liberation lies not in holding on,
But in letting go.
Letting go is not a sign of weakness,
But a profound act of strength.
It is the courage to admit that we are not in control,
That we cannot do it alone,
That we need you,
O God,
Above all else.
When we let go,
We create space for you to work in our lives.
We make room for your peace to replace our anxiety,
For your joy to overcome our sorrow,
For your love to fill the voids left by our fears.
Let go,
And trust God.
Let go of the need to control.
Let go of the fear of the unknown.
Let go of the pain of the past.
Let go,

Heavenly Father,
Help us to remember that letting go is not giving up,
But giving over.
Giving over our worries,
Our plans,
Our lives into your capable hands.
Lord,
As we let go,
We discover a profound truth.
We are not defined by our struggles,
Our past,
Or our fears.
We are defined by your love for us.
We are your children.
We are free.
Not because of what we have done,
But because of what you have done for us.
Through your grace,
We are liberated from the chains that once held us.
We are free to live,
To love,
To hope,
And to dream.
We are free to be the people you created us to be.
Let go,
And trust God.
Let go of the shame that binds.
Let go of the anger that consumes.
As we prepare to step into this new day,

Father,
We are ready to live this day in the fullness of your grace,

To spread your love,

To be instruments of your grace.
Guide us,
Empower us,
