Take a deep breath in and slowly let it out.

I invite you to change one thing,

It doesn't have to be big.

Let's begin.

Breathe in change.

Breathe out repetition.

Take a deep breath in and feel the energy of possibility fill your lungs.

Hold it for a moment.

Now release it slowly,

Letting go of yesterday's patterns,

Yesterday's expectations.

Another breath in and out.

Where do you usually go?

Which streets do you walk?

Which roads do you drive?
