Smart Cow Yoga Perspective.

The various negative events in life can increase our skill levels to deal with the problems and negativity that we may encounter if we have the correct perspective of looking at it.

Actually,

Right attitude makes us wise with every stressful event.

This is an inspiring story of an old cow.

The cow was living with a farmer family.

They were taking care of her.

The cow lived there for all her life.

The family that owned her were still taking care of her as she had given milk and many useful things to the family in the past.

The cow was happy and also the family.

One day while coming back from the jungle,

Because of her weak eyesight,

She fell into a pit.

The pit was not very deep but it was not possible for the cow to climb up.

The cow was unhurt even though she fell down.

The farmer who was with her also tried his best but the animal was very heavy.

He called his friends and they all tried but it was not possible to take the cow out.

They were all very sad but they could not leave the cow there to die of hunger.

One of the friends suggested instead of trying to take her out that they should put the soil over her and let the cow rest in peace.

After a long discussion,

Finally the farmer agreed to the solution.

They collected their tools and started putting the soil on the cow.

There was a lot of dust coming up because of the soil.

They couldn't see what was happening to the cow until they saw her halfway up.

One of them shouted,

Hey the cow has come up.

All of them stopped praying and started to eat.

All of them stopped putting soil on and observed.

To their surprise,

The cow was halfway up.

She looked fit and fine.

They wondered how she has come up.

There was an old man who was watching them from a distance.

He came and told them,

The cow is very smart.

When you put the soil on,

She's shaking her back so the soil falls down and she comes up a bit.

She's doing it every time you put the soil on.

She's not allowing the soil to bury herself,

But she is shaking it off and coming up a bit every time.

They all were happy to put more soil and the animal came up unhurt.

The stressful events and things in our life are like this soil which is trying to bury us.

Every event tries to put us down until we put the soil down.

Every event tries to put us down until we break down.

If we learn to shake off the stressful events,

We will come out of it and become wiser with every moment.

This is the key to living a happy life.

This is the yogic attitude to life.

Participate in the events,

Learn from them,

But don't get affected by it.

Live your life without letting outside events,

People,

And situations affect you.

You are the master of yourself and not the outside world.
