Closing the eyes if you haven't already done so and just taking these next few moments to really release and relax any areas you might be holding tension in the body.
Scanning the temples,
Are you holding any stress there?
Relaxing the jaw,
Releasing any tension.
Relaxing the shoulders and just really letting yourself concentrate on the breath and the relaxing feeling.
Just allowing yourself to rejuvenate the brain.
Each moment is a fresh moment to bring mindfulness and positivity.
