Today is a day of sacred intention. A moment to plant seeds of love and compassion for your unfolding life. Visualize your heart as a luminous source of pink light. Radiating outward into the universe. Carrying your dreams, Your hopes, Your deepest desires for harmony. Now bring your attention to the center of your chest. Imagine a soft pink light glowing within your heart. It's warm. And alive with compassion. And with each breath, Imagine this light expanding. Outward and gently surrounding your energetic field. Your body. As it fills you up with ease and openness. And with each breath, It becomes stronger. It is soft and magnetic. Now allow these affirmations to wash over you. I am continually evolving into my highest, Heart-centered self. The pink gray guides my actions. But. . . And intentions with love and compassion. I project heart-centered love.
