Paola has worked as a certified coach/counsellor, trainer and learning journeys designer since 2001. In the years when corona prevailed, she started writing guided sleep meditations to reflect the insights she gained during her life. She does this in both Dutch and English. When writing, everything life has to offer is her inspiration, with nature playing a very special role. She has broad interests and took courses in hypnotherapy, mindfulness, weight consultant, nutrition and sports, and stress management, among others. For years, she blogged about leadership, change management and sustainable employability of people, until she reached a point where this no longer satisfied her. It was time to change tack and put her love for creative writing to use in her mission to contribute to people's quality of life with love. She has been doing this since 2020 and for her, it is a way to take her best place in this world.
