Pamela Grimm is a fitness instructor and has been interested in health and wellness for over twenty years, and decided to pursue it as a career in 2013. She is constantly evolving spiritually and uses meditation as a daily spiritual practice. She has been studying Science of Mind, which is a New Thought teaching since 2005. It is here, that she found a clear spiritual path. Her goal is to live in a healthy, health and spirit conscious community and to be in the forefront of making that happen.
