To begin this healing meditation,
Find a quiet room.
If you want,
You can burn some candles and calming incense sticks.
Be sure that you will be not disturbed for these 15 minutes.
Lay down or sit cross-legged on the floor,
Comfortably creating an erect spine.
Close your eyes now and begin to be aware of each breath you take.
First,
We will relax your body.
Relax your hands now,
Your wrists and forearms,
Your biceps and upper arms.
Relax any tension in your shoulders.
Bring your focus to your forehead and relax this part of your body.
Relax the place around your eyes.
Now move to the place around your eyes and the bridge of your nose and let go of every tension you feel.
Relax your cheeks and jaw and the place around your mouth.
Loosen the back of your neck and the front of your neck.
Bring your attention to your hips and thighs.
Relax.
Relax your legs,
Your lower legs and your feet.
Now with this sensation in your body,
Being relaxed,
Let's take three deep breaths together,
Inhaling deeply through your nose and exhaling completely out through your mouth.
Let's start.
Take your first deep breath and open mouth,
Exhale.
Inhale.
Exhale.
Inhale.
Observe the natural movement of your breath.
If thoughts come into your mind,
Notice their existence,
Accept them and let them float away like leaves in the wind.
Come back and observe the natural movement of your breath.
Feel the oxygen traveling in through your nostrils,
Down to your chest and belly,
Causing your abdomen area to expand.
And feel the gentle exhalation and the warm air coming out of your nostrils,
Cleansing your thoughts and body.
As you stay here,
Relaxed and calm,
Keeping your forehead,
Your jaw,
Shoulders,
Hips,
Hands and feet relaxed,
Your whole being in stillness,
You feel a deep sensation of peace starting to spread in your entire body.
Notice yourself floating on an open lotus flower in the middle of this universe.
You see the silhouette of your body on this beautiful flower,
Drifting and wandering gently.
Your body is relaxed,
Your mind is calm and your soul is at peace.
Start to imagine that in the center of your heart space,
Golden lights begin to shine.
Contemplate this light and just stay here,
Breathing calmly and visualizing this light.
This golden light is starting to move through your entire body,
Healing and cleansing every part of you.
As you inhale,
You are bringing more vitality to this light.
And as you exhale,
You are releasing everything that is no longer serving you.
The light is moving to your head,
Curing every neuron and cell here.
Going down to your neck,
Chest and shoulders,
Slowly traveling down to your belly and lower back,
Healing every organ.
As you breathe and stay aware,
Visualizing this light traveling to your pelvic area and legs,
Your body is filled with vitality and energy.
With your muscles relaxed,
Allow your organs to restore to health.
Your heart,
Your lungs,
Your brain,
Your stomach and your reproductive organs.
All of them are now healing.
This light in your chest is slowly coming out in front of your body and moving up and stops at the top of your head.
Like rain,
Drops of light are starting to fall from this golden light over your head.
This rain takes all the negative energies from your body,
Cleanses your aura and charges you with infinite love.
Stay here,
In the middle of the universe,
On this open lotus flower,
Allowing this rain to heal your entire body,
Mind and spirit.
Stay under this rain as much as you need.
When you feel ready,
Slowly,
Very slowly and gently,
Reawaken your body,
Moving your fingers and toes.
Gently,
Bring some life back into your arms and legs.
Move your head from side to side.
Raise your hands on your heart space and inhale a deep sense of gratitude for all that is.
With your exhale,
Offer this gratitude to the universe.
Show gratitude to yourself and your family and friends.
Be grateful for your warm home,
Your nourishing food,
Your comfortable clothing and this beautiful day.
Gently rub your hands together now,
Feeling the warmth and the buzzing energy you have created.
Transforming this energy,
Place your hand over your eyes and feel gratitude floating down your face.
Take a last deep inhale in and slowly let it all out.
Bring your hands together and place them to your heart center.
Very slowly,
Open your eyes and fully come back into your space.
