Hello and welcome to this practice.
My name is Orkun and today we are charmingly inviting a special tool which will assist us in relaxation and stress relief.
Now this tool,
And it feels silly to call it a tool,
Is smiling.
It is quite unimaginable that laughter and smiling can somehow dope you up.
Every time you smile tiny molecules called neuropeptides are released in your brain.
So smiling is helping us to loosen up,
Relieve stress and elevate our mood.
And sometimes smiling just supports us into a state of playfulness again.
In this state we are invited to soften up,
Take things easy and explore different possibilities.
In this vibrant universe where everything is energy and frequency we are shifting our energy by simply smiling.
Understanding the science of smiling may be the first step to this practice.
The next step,
More importantly,
Is to give yourself permission to smile and wholeheartedly welcome it.
Welcome your smile.
Allow yourself to smile.
Find a comfortable seat.
You can sit in a cross-legged position or you can sit on a chair.
Put your hands on your laps and intuitively decide if your palms are facing up or down.
Close your eyes.
Wherever you are create a comfortably erect spine.
For that take a deep breath in and simultaneously pull your shoulders to your ears.
And with a breath out through your mouth drop your shoulders softly and arrive at your place.
Come into relaxation.
Loosen your chin and relax your face.
Now invite a deep inhale through your nose and slowly and gently exhale out your nose and smile.
Relax your shoulders and take another deep breath.
First into the belly then chest and up your throat into your brain and breathe out and smile.
Loosen your forehead.
Relax your being.
Take another deep inhale and let it happen effortlessly.
Exhale slowly and steady into deeper softness and smile.
Repeat this 10 times.
Invite new vitalizing and fresh air into your system.
And when you let go of all tension with an exhale,
Smile at your tension melting away.
Acknowledge how you are feeling right now.
What can you take from your smiling?
And what can others take from your smiling?
Can you feel it already in your cheeks?
How did you feel before this meditation and how do you feel right now?
Does smiling change anything?
And if you have felt differently,
Can you smile at this version of yourself?
It starts here.
Egg movements you you you Take your last breath in And with an exhale give yourself the biggest smile for experiencing yourself like this today With a smile on your face and in your heart very slowly and gently put both of your hands on your chest and Allow gratitude to accompany your smile We are using this moment to share our gratitude Let's be grateful to have a dozen opportunities to choose from Let's be grateful that we are choosing to smile today Everything we have and everything we are is gifted to us to To experience life in all its shapes and forms Thank you for practicing today And remember a smile is extremely contagious I pray for your happiness and health.
