The Garden In Your Mind
This guided meditation may be used both in the daytime and before sleep. Your child will be taken along into the story to ’The garden of silence'. Your child will learn a very relaxed breathing technique at the start of this meditation. Your child is then invited to the silence garden in mind. There your child is made aware that silence can also be very nice (and useful). Your child can use this silence technique anytime and anywhere to experience peace and quiet and thus let go of thoughts.
