Hello,
My name is Italia Rodriguez and this is a meditation to heal your body.
For this meditation you will need a mirror where you can see yourself from head to toe.
You will also need some body cream.
When you are ready in that place you are going to start by slowly taking off your clothes.
Take a look at yourself.
Take a step back and take a good look at yourself from head to toe.
Recognize yourself.
Accept yourself.
Notice what was the place that you first looked at.
Get closer to the mirror and open your eyes.
Look at yourself in the eye.
What do you have to tell yourself?

Take some cream with your hands and imagine that this cream is a gold paste with which you will seal each of the cracks that have been made to you over the years.
Take a little bit of this cream in your hands and I don't want you to start putting it on like you always do.
I want you to intuitively go somewhere in your body where you know that there is a wound to be healed.
I want you to remember how many times you hurt your body by calling it a certain way.
Quietly take some of this healing paste and spread it over that part of your body.
Apologize to that part of your body.
Feel that wound by gently massaging.
Touch yourself lovingly.
Give yourself some sweet love that you didn't give for a long time.
Make peace with your body.
If any emotion arises,
Let it be.
Just feel it.
Take a little more cream in your hands and head somewhere else.
Feel yourself slowly,
Tenderly.
Feel the warmth of your own hands slowly sliding and caressing your skin.
Notice how your own light is healing your wounds.
You start feeling more complete,
Restored.
Over there give yourself a hug,
A strong lovely hug.
Connect with your body.
Inhale deeply and exhale feeling peace all over.
Smile in the mirror as you start getting ready to get on with your activities.
Sometimes we forget how important it is to connect with ourselves and also we forget that the light and the power to heal us resides in ourselves.
Take a moment to thank yourself for taking this time to heal and to connect.
