Explore MeditationOlivia Annalise is a Yoga Teacher based on the outskirts of London, United Kingdom. She was welcomed to the practice when she started working in car sales in her early 20s. The long hours and demanding output from the job lead her to discover yoga and its healing benefits; not just for the body, but for the mind as well. With her 200 hour yoga teacher training, her teaching intertwines the connection between the physical body and subtle connection with the mind. She believes that the 'silence' is often where we can meet ourselves more whole-heartedly and be able to listen to the small whispers within that often we can ignore with our busy day to day lives. Her work with Insight Timer combines meditations, visualisations, yoga nidra, mindfulness techniques and relaxing story telling.
