The Cailleach

The Cailleach translates to 'veiled one'. She is the ancient soul and wise woman who greets us as a Celtic Goddess of Winter to support us through the older years, times of transition with cycles of life, and at times of need when we desire wisdom and support of the energy of our ancestors.

We all have access to the energy of this inner wise old woman. She is known as the Cailleach in Ireland.

She's an earthly goddess that lives within the stones and the land and we can journey to meet her in the underworld to receive insights and wisdom.

A great support through Menopause and until then, to support us with wisdom and live our best lives as we age.
