Wonderful mantra which can be used to cleanse through the chakras each morning to balance and uplift. Try it with a 2 1/2 breath cycle. 1. Deep breath pulling in the naval on 'Ek'. Releasing 'Ong' at sacral, 'Kar' at solar plexus. 2. Deep breath for 'Sat' pulling the navel again and then releasing at the heart for 'Nam' as you exhale, feeling the sound in the heart. 3. half breath for Wa-he Guru as you inhale 'Wa' at the third eye and release 'Hey Guru' at the crown. Then repeat and Enjoy!
