Almost everyone finds frog croaking to be relaxing. In addition, it has been proven to help reduce stress, anchor attention and, in some cases, improve sleep. In this track, over a background of flowing water, the sounds of frogs and part of the music, come and go, as if it were a slow universal breath that rocks you. Let it work.
