She's working currently at the YTHS Ylioppilaiden terveydenhoitosäätiö (FSHS Finnish Healthcare Student Service). The work there includes short-term therapies (CBT, CAT, ACT), psychological testing, study community work and guiding StressLess mindfulness groups. She's a teacher at Oulu mindfulness association. Mindfulness is her passion and to grow compassion is her mission.
