Hi and welcome.
This meditation is here to help you feel and connect more easily with your soul.
When we experience intense negative emotions,
It's a common belief that we will drown in those,
Because we haven't learned how to feel them and feel safe at the same time.
Let the energy especially,
As well as the words in this practice,
Deepen your trust in that you are capable of feeling it all.
Emotions are here as a vehicle to guide you in discovering your deepest essence.
Through the alchemy's guidance in this practice,
You can move towards a stronger connection with your soul.
Let's get ready.
I invite you to get into a position that feels most comfortable for you right now.
Make sure that you feel supported and that you can relax.
Then take a deep breath in.
And breathe out.
When you breathe,
Allow yourself to sink into the ground.
Feeling the connection with Mother Earth,
She's here to help us feel.
Let's do that again.
Take a deep breath in.
Feel your ribcage expand.
And breathe out again.
Feel the connection with the ground underneath you.
Let go of all thoughts and try to be present.
Try to be here.
Keep bringing your awareness to your breath.
Becoming aware of how your body is responding to your breath.
Allowing your breath to take up more space.
Now open yourself to a deeper inhalation.
And when you breathe out,
You relax the muscles in your face,
Your neck,
Shoulders,
Arms,
Your hands.
Breathe in again.
And breathe out fully,
Relaxing the muscles in your chest,
Your belly,
Your back.
Taking a full breath in.
And breathing out,
Letting your pelvis and your legs become heavy and sinking deeply in the floor.
Allow yourself to open up to what you feel at the moment.
You're welcome to invite in any negative emotions that are connected to a recent event.
Rather than automatically going to the story that plays in your head.
Pay attention to your body.
Where are you feeling it?
Take your time to scan your body.
You are safe.
Perhaps you feel something in a specific part of your body or what you feel is moving from one place to another.
With every breath in,
You open up to fully allow the emotion and the energy in it to be felt,
Through your body.
When you breathe out,
You let go of the beliefs and the stories that your mind is telling you.
So breathing in,
Opening up.
To what you feel.
And breathing out,
Letting go of the story.
To now help you connect with the underlying energy and the emotions,
I'm going to ask you some illogical questions.
Try and continue to be in your present state of awareness and what you are faithful to.
What you feel right now.
Doesn't have a color or colors.
Opening your heart to this question,
Trusting what comes up.
Stay with what you are feeling in the body and perhaps the color,
Colors.
Breathe through it.
Now can you feel a texture or a material?
For example,
Is it hard?
Is it like liquid?
Wood.
Fluffy.
What does it feel like for you?
Keep bringing your attention to what you feel in color,
Texture.
Perhaps it's starting to shift.
What do you feel right now?
At this point you might also be able to visualize a person or an experience.
Or a place that is connected with what you are feeling.
Allow this to happen.
It's part of your journey.
Feel this and let the alchemy happen.
Let all the energy run through your physical body.
Your soul is helping you.
Now focusing on your heart and listening to the whispers of your soul.
Perhaps you feel or hear something.
Allow your soul to come true.
Listening in silence,
Opening up to your soul's wisdom.
Now ask your soul,
What is a soul aligned action your soul wants you to take from here?
Because the pain we experience is a catalyst for creativity.
And it doesn't have to be logical or productive.
It could be a dance or a piece of poetry that you write.
It could even be a vision of your new website.
Whatever comes true.
Now let's slowly come back to the project.
Keep focusing on your breathing.
Deep in.
And deep out.
Start wiggling your fingers,
Your hands.
Bringing movement back to your body.
Or if you want to stretch out or loosen up your body.
And when you are ready.
Slowly open your eyes again.
And be grateful for having had this time to feel.
