Clare McGregor is a Yoga teacher in a meditative and philosophical tradition, and an accredited MBSR Mindfulness trainer. Based on her Buddhist meditation practice, one of her great joys in life is to share the benefits of Mindfulness Yoga. Clare teaches weekly yoga classes and Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction and Self-Compassion courses at the Yoga House in Twello. The next weekend retreat in September 2024 is Journey into Joy (in Dutch). The next online Mindfulness training starts in October (in Dutch). Wees welkom!
