This is a meditation to bring you into a state of gratitude and to manifest abundance before you sleep.
Planting this gratitude into the subconscious will help you to dream about and bring about even more to be grateful for as you sleep.
When you focus on what you are grateful for,
More abundance is attracted to you like a magnet.
Take a moment to find the most comfortable position in your bed,
Breathing normally,
And start to relax by stretching as many parts of your body as you are able and then letting each rest in turn.
Stretch out your toes,
The soles of your feet,
Your legs,
Your hips,
Your torso,
Your shoulders,
Your arms,
Your wrists,
Each finger,
Your neck,
And turn your head side to side slowly and gently.
Now breathe into your resting space.
With each breath,
Allow yourself to sink deeper and deeper into your space.
Take a deep belly breath and blow it out like the sound of the wind,
Sinking deep,
Breathing in,
Filling up your belly,
And breathing out like the wind,
Sinking deeper,
And once again,
Breathing in,
Filling up your belly,
And breathing out like the wind,
Sinking even deeper.
In this deeply calm and still space,
Thank your body for all it does for you,
Without judgment,
No matter its abilities.
Whether you are able to walk or sit or move your arms or fingers or whether your internal organs are just doing what they do to take such good care of you every day and all night,
Your lungs are breathing in and out and your heart is beating just for you,
Effortlessly.
How wonderful.
Tell your body in a whisper or in your mind's voice,
Thank you body,
I am so grateful for you.
See a light of love and gratitude starting down at your toes and slowly flowing up,
Up,
Up,
To the crown of your head,
Surrounding your whole body with love and gratitude,
No judgment,
Just as it is,
Perfect and loved unconditionally,
Surrounded with light,
Feeling appreciated,
Comfortable,
And content.
Now let's thank your mind.
Thank you mind for everything that you've done today,
Remembering,
Imagining,
Creating,
Planning and helping your body to do things.
We notice that sometimes when it's time to sleep,
You still want to think,
But you can be still.
It's time for sleep now.
You get to rest,
You can be at ease,
You can be at peace,
And we can think more together tomorrow.
It's okay to let go and just be.
Say in a whisper or just from your spirit to your mind,
Thank you mind,
I am so grateful for you.
See a light of love and gratitude blooming in your head,
Your heart,
Your belly,
Where your mind and spirit do work.
See it growing brighter and bigger,
Filling up those spaces and radiating out beyond,
Blending your mind with love and gratitude,
No judgment,
Just as it is,
Perfect and loved unconditionally,
Surrounded with light,
Feeling appreciated,
Comfortable,
And content,
Quietly smiling.
Breathe here for a few moments,
Feeling the love and gratitude you have given your body and mind flood back to you.
Your body is so grateful that you feed it good food,
Drink water,
Get rest and fun movement,
And your mind is so grateful that you meditate and watch your mind to make sure it's healthy and working at its best for you.
Let that feeling of being appreciated flow over you,
Through your whole being,
Covering and filling you at the same time until you are glowing and light as a feather.
Enjoy that feeling of giving and receiving gratitude as I count you through three gentle,
Deep breaths,
With each breath sinking deeper and heavier into sleep,
Joyful,
Content,
Relaxed,
And ready for sleep in this nourished body,
Mind,
And spirit.
One,
Two,
Three.
Sleep in this blissful state and dream of everything you are grateful for now and for everything you are blessed to be grateful for in your days ahead.
Namaste.
Good night.
Good night.
Good night.
Good night.
