Hello and welcome to the EFT Tapping video called I Trust Myself.
So this video is for anyone who is struggling to trust themselves,
To trust the decisions that they make.
Maybe you doubt yourself a lot.
This video is going to help you begin to rewire how you make decisions and how you perceive yourself and how much you trust yourself.
So the way this video is going to go,
We are going to tap on different parts of our bodies and we are going to say statements.
So all you have to do is tap and repeat after me.
So before we begin,
I'm going to have you rate on a scale of 1 to 10.
How much do you actually trust yourself?
One being like zero,
Nada,
Not at all.
I don't trust myself to make decisions.
I always make the wrong decisions.
And then 10 being like,
Wow,
Like if someone needed me to go and do something I'd never done before,
I would completely trust myself that I would eventually be able to do it.
I'm a rock star.
I trust myself.
Every decision I make is right.
So going from a scale of one to 10,
Rate yourself on that scale of how much you actually trust yourself.
This is really important when you are manifesting because if you don't trust yourself that what you are creating,
What you're bringing in into this 3D reality,
You're not going to be able to receive or feel safe to receive those things.
And so we want to cultivate deep trust and safety in our bodies.
And so we are hitting this from a neurological connection standpoint that is happening in the mind and then also reprogramming our nervous system to feel safe,
Ourselves as well.
So to begin,
We are going to start by tapping on the sides of our hands like here.
Karate chop,
I'm going to tap,
And you are going to repeat after me.
So even though I sometimes doubt myself.
I deeply and completely love and accept myself.
Even though I've struggled with trusting my body and my decisions,
I am open to believing that it's safe to trust myself now.
And I deeply and completely love and respect myself.
Even though I haven't always felt safe to receive.
I am open to trusting my body.
And knowing that I make decisions that support my highest good.
And I deeply and completely love and accept myself always.
Starting on the top of the head,
Tapping here.
Sometimes I doubt my decisions.
And it doesn't feel good.
Over the eyebrow.
I really want to feel confident in my abilities and myself.
But it's never felt right or natural.
Side of the eye.
And maybe that was something I was taught growing up by people around me.
Under the eye.
But I don't really want to doubt myself anymore.
So I'm opening myself up to feeling safe,
To trust myself.
Under the nose.
I am open to trusting my body and its wisdom.
It's okay to trust myself completely.
Onto the chin.
I am safe in my body and I trust it to guide me.
I make good decisions that support my elevated self.
Onto the collarbone.
I am choosing to believe that every decision I make is right for me.
I believe in myself and my ability to succeed.
Under the arm.
It's safe for me to receive what I need.
I trust my body to know what's best.
Top of the head.
I am confident in the decisions that I make.
I trust myself to navigate my life with ease.
Over the eyebrow.
I believe in myself and my inner guidance.
I am worthy of making decisions that elevate my life.
Side of the eye,
I am safe,
Supported,
And always on the right path.
I trust myself fully and I am worthy of succeeding.
Come to the side of the hand,
Karate chopping here.
I trust myself completely.
I feel safe in my body.
And I trust its wisdom.
I make decisions that are aligned with my highest good.
And I believe in my ability to succeed.
It is safe to receive.
And I am worthy of all the good that comes my way.
And relax your hands down,
Close your eyes.
Take a big inhale in through your nose.
Exhale,
Let it out.
And just start to relax all the muscles in the body.
Starting with the crown of your head,
Just imagine this waterfall of bright light.
Overflowing Every part of your body going down the sides of your face.
To your neck and your shoulders and your arms.
Your chest and your torso.
All the way down to your hips and your legs.
Down to your knees,
Your ankles,
And your toes.
Allowing this beautiful light to just relax the body even more.
Knowing that you feel so safe and so supported.
And really feeling this cultivation.
Of being able to trust yourself.
Trusting your body.
And trusting that you can make decisions knowing that they are always the right decision for you.
And slowly open your eyes.
So on a scale of one to 10,
How are you feeling about trusting yourself?

Like I know I feel like so much better just tapping along with all of you.
So on a scale of one to 10.
10 being the best.
You can always go back and do this video again if you want to really strengthen that.
Does happening that you do.
You're basically starting to create new neural pathways in your brain for these new belief systems.
It's so important to acknowledge your current belief systems because they want to be seen and heard.
So you're not just kind of suppressing them or pushing them to the side.
So it's important that we start that at the beginning and then we program in these new belief systems and we really open ourselves up to them.
And so when you tap and do more and more rounds of this,
You're really just hammering in this new belief system,
Creating these new neurological connections.
So you can do this video at any time.
During the day,
Whenever you need a quick refresh of saying,
Wow,
I really do trust myself.
