As you step forward,

Allow this time to support softening.

You're invited to walk with a sense of unwinding.

I'd like you to bring attention to your body in motion.

You notice your arms moving naturally.

Notice your shoulders settling as they are ready to.

Notice how your posture adjusts with each step.

So your body has been carrying you all day.

This walk offers its space to redistribute energy.

Now allow your breath to accompany the rhythm of your steps.

Feel the natural rise and fall.

The quiet continuity of movement and breath working together.

Your system recognizes this rhythm.

It signals safety.

It signals settling.

Now as you walk,

Imagine the events of the day gently arranging themselves behind you.

Effort easing.

Your energy returning closer to you.

You are allowed to arrive into the evening with less weight.

Gently repeat in your own time,

Out loud or in your mind.

Letting them land.
