And exhale slowly through your mouth.
Releasing any tension.
Let's begin.
Feel the weight of your body supported by the earth beneath you.
And as you do so,
Notice the rhythm of your breath.
Steady,
Natural and without force.
And with each inhale,
Try to imagine drawing in calm clarity.
And with each exhale let go of any doubt or hesitation.
That's great.
Now bring your awareness to your heart centre.
Place a hand over your chest if it helps.
As you feel the warmth of your own touch.
Know that this area is your inner compass,
Always guiding you toward truth.
With this knowing.
Why don't we reflect on some moments where you've truly trusted yourself,
Even if it was small.
Maybe you chose honesty over people pleasing or maybe you followed your intuition despite your uncertainty.
Because these are not accidents,
They're proof of your resilience.
And I have no doubt.
That you have a pool of memories to choose from.
So acknowledge those strengths for a moment.
Continue breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth as you do so.

Now let's affirm together the following words.
You can either say these out loud or in your mind.
I have made decisions that honoured my values.
I have listened to my inner voice even when it was hard.
I am learning to trust myself more each day.
And with these words of affirmation,

Let's imagine self-doubt as a cloud passing overhead.
It may linger,
But it does not define you.

Let it dissolve into the sky of your mind.

Let it Release that self-doubt and watch it dissolve.

Now I'd like you to visualise a golden light at your core.
This is your unshakable trust.

And you can trust that this wisdom is always accessible.

Sometimes the words of self-doubt circulate our mind as we go throughout our day and get caught up in all the energy around us.
But when we slow down and we take control of the narrative,
Our higher self takes over,
The true version of us.
There's wisdom within you,
Always accessible.
And with that recognition I'd like you to repeat after me,
Either silently or aloud,
The following words.
I trust my choices.
I trust my timing.
I trust my path.
I trust my inner wisdom.
Feel these words settle into your bones.
Nobody's perfect,
But we are enough.
So give yourself that trust in yourself because it's a gift.
Nurture it daily.
