Welcome to my daily meditation sessions! Internet was slow and I was having a computer meltdown. Instead of screaming and tossing the laptop out the window, I came back to my practice to shift my mindset. Surrender and know your power. Thank you for being here and beginning again. Transcript

Begin by taking a comfortable seat.

Feel a solid foundation beneath your body and feel the clear air around your shoulders.

Allow the shoulders to stack over the hips and extend the chest upwards,

Sending your shoulders down your spine.

Take a big deep breath here,

Filling the lungs and take a big exhale through the mouth.

Engage the abdominals gently.

Maintain this state of upright connection to the sky above.

Let the facial muscles relax.

Let the tongue float in the mouth and let the jaw drop.

I invite you to follow your breath as it flows in and out to the toes and to the fingertips.

I'd like you to be reminded that you have a sense of control.

You can change the tune of the body.

You can change the course of the mind and you can change the rhythm of the heartbeat.

Allow this focused breath to be a reminder of how you can switch your mode,

Of how you can regain focus,

And of how you can have a productive and positive day.
