And this is a meditation to connect to and meet your inner child.
Taking a deep breath in,
Gently close your eyes.
All your energy back to you now from anywhere you may have left it.
Notice as your energy comes back to you in the form of light,
Collecting all around your aura,
Filling in any holes that may have been there.
Feeling you in with this beautiful light,
Your highest possible energy.
When you call your energy back to you,
It's coming back home to where it belongs.
It's coming back to help you feel safe and loved in your little safe bubble of your aura.
And notice as it collects around you that you feel more and more at home,
More and more loved,
More and more safe.
And then call in cosmic energy from above and watch as this beautiful golden light fills in your safe auric bubble where you belong.
And you are showered with this beautiful golden light.
And watch as the lines of light fill up your cells,
They go deep into your DNA,
Filling you with your highest information.
Everything you need to know in this moment is unlocked.
And see the lines of light going down through all of your chakras as well as your physical body,
Through your legs,
Through your feet,
Giving you a cleansing feeling of just pure love and light.
Feel this light especially in your heart chakras,
It opens up like a flower,
Spreading as more light fills the entire chakra.
And then notice that you are surrounded with more light and more love.
And the more you are surrounded,
The more you expand into this light all around you.
And you gently float up as if this light and love is carrying you to the higher realms where that's all that exists.
Pure light and pure love.
Allow your heart chakra to be filled with this light.
Allow your whole body to relax and let go as it takes in this light.
And now as you're in the sun,
You sit up and notice that there's two beings around you that feel so loving and so supportive.
These are two of your guides that are here for you in this lifetime to support you and give you love and help you on your life path.
And you see a field in front of you and they surround you with light as you walk to this field and find a nice place to sit down surrounded by their light.
You're safe,
You feel free,
You feel loved,
You know you're supported.
And you notice now a child playing in the field.
And this child walks up to you.
And as they get closer,
You realize this is you when you were younger.
And your guides surround this child as well.
Their light is so bright.
It surrounds all of you.
And the child sits down next to you and looks at you with loving eyes.
And see if there's anything they want to say to you or you want to say to them.
And then watch as your guides come and surround them more.
Then you feel this love from your guides surrounding your inner child.
And you put them on your lap,
This inner child who you were not so long ago.
As your guides surround you with love and light even brighter.
The light from your inner child and from you combine.
And you get even brighter.
And you feel a cord from your heart chakra going to your inner child connecting you two.
Setting up the heart chakra and your love even more.
And now you notice in front of you in the field all the ages that you were in childhood many different times,
Many different ages.
And you see that field full of light.
And you notice that there's even more guides now and more light and all these ages combined into one with your heart chakra going,
Your cord from your heart chakra going to them.
And your guides show you a contract.
It's full of love and nurturing and supported with this high light from your guides.
And this contract is from your loving inner parent to your inner child.
Take a moment now to fill it with whatever you want to instill in this contract for your inner child.
This contract is in present time and it brings all these ages into present time information where you know you're worthy,
Where you are supported from within,
Where you listen and nurture.
And when you're ready,
Sign this contract and your guides and angels send it up to a library that holds your highest intentions,
Bringing them into your present time now.
So all your information comes from your present time and what you know your highest intentions are.
And now this one consolidated inner child is connected from your heart chakra,
From the cord it comes closer and closer combining with you.
This very loved,
Very nurtured version of your inner child now comes and combines with you,
Combines with all your cells,
All your chakras.
That is loved and nurtured in the highest way possible.
And now you find yourself with your two guides filled with light and love and this new established connection with your inner child where you feel so much love and so much support.
Feeling this energy going through all your cells and through your whole body.
And when you're ready,
Gently wiggle your fingers and toes and open your eyes.
