This intention-setting meditation will allow you to correctly choose and phrase your intention to attract what you want in your life.
This meditation can be used in the morning to visualize a specific wish for the day,
Or as an intention-setting ritual for your bigger dreams.
It is also a good practice for a new moon ritual.

Feel free to save this practice and use it anytime you want to bring something new to your reality.
You will need a pen and paper for this practice.
I am going to guide you through the intention-setting process and together we will create a strong final mantra,
Which you will be using regularly until your wish comes true.
Please pause if you need some time to get your pen and paper.
Now find yourself a calm place.
Make sure you won't be disturbed by your phone or other people for a couple of minutes.
Sit in a comfortable seat of your choice.
Just make sure your back is relaxed and straight.
Close your eyes and observe your breath.
Relax completely your belly and breathe into it.
Fill it up completely like a balloon and then exhale slowly and use your abs to push out all the air.
Repeat a couple of times.
Inhale,
Relax your abs,
Fill the belly and exhale slowly,
Squeeze your belly.
Inhale,
Belly loosen up.
Exhale completely.
Continue on your own a few more times.
Slow deep breaths.
This is a grounding breath.
We want to connect to our body and listen to what it has to teach us.
Good.
Breathe normally now and place your hands on your heart.
Put a smile on your face and in your heart.
Feel your heart filling up with joy and love.
Feel your heart beating and spreading waves of love all over your body.
Breathe through this feeling and let it overwhelm you.
Now ask your heart,
What does my heart desire?
Don't overthink it.
Accept anything that comes up.
Maybe there are several things.
Breathe slowly in and out,
In,
Out,
In.
Pick up your pen and write down everything that comes up.
Pause the audio here to take as much time as you need.
Look at what you wrote.
Do all these things have anything in common?
Maybe they are all about love,
Money,
Self-confidence?
Observe and note without any judgment.
Now place them in order from the most important to the least important.
Number one being the most important.
Then two,
Three and so on.
Pause here again and take your time.
Close your eyes and bring your attention to your heart again.
Breathe strongly in and through your mouth out.
Ask,
My heart,
What is your desire?
Is number one the answer?
Is there anything else?
If anything else comes up,
Write it down.
So now we have established what our heart truly wants at this point of our life.
Let's formulate the magical mantra or affirmation so our desire becomes a reality.
Look at your number one wish.
Write it again in the present tense and in the first person.
For example,
If your intention was to start eating better,
You write,
I eat healthy and nutritious food.
Make sure there is no negative phrasing in your sentence.
Affirmations only work when written in positive statements.
For example,
I don't feel tired anymore will become,
I feel full of energy every day.
Look at your phrase and correct it if necessary.
Breathe in and out.
Calmly let your breath guide you.
Make sure that the phrase contains every aspect of what you want,
But in as few words as possible.
Again,
You can pause here to take time with this.
The final sentence should be strong,
Clear,
Positive,
With no intention to manipulate anyone.
Coming from a place of the highest love.
To make sure that it resonates with the highest vibrations,
You can add,
To the highest good of all at the end of your sentence.
You can have more than one mantra at the same time,
But I feel they work faster when you only focus on one at a time.
If you have more than one,
Separate them clearly by saying thank you between each other.
You can also create your own way to clearly separate the intentions.
The last step is to activate your affirmation.
Memorize the mantra.
Sit with your back straight again.
Close your eyes and breathe naturally.
Observe your breath.
Feel your breath moving gently your body.
Feel the flow of air.
With each breath,
You are a new person.
The last breath is in the past.
The new one hasn't come yet.
You are here and now,
Where anything is possible.
There are no limits,
No obstacles.
There is just this one moment.
Remember your mantra.
Breathe in and repeat it once.
Breathe out and repeat it again.
Continue to repeat it with each inhale and with each exhale.
Here and now,
The affirmation is already true.
Believe it without any doubt.
It is the only truth there is.
Follow your breath and repeat the mantra.

The affirmation is now activated.
Use it as often as you want.
Always with positive feelings of joy and gratitude.
Imagine the thing to be already a reality and be grateful for it.
There is one more important thing here,
Maybe a bit counterintuitive.
You should let go.
Let go of any expectations.
Don't wait with impatience to see the results.
Be sure with all your being that your wish is already on its way.

You don't try to make the train come faster or spend your days worrying what happens if the train doesn't come or if it is even real.

You bought the ticket and now you are simply looking forward to the journey and there is nothing more to do.
