Meditation Timer OnlineI am a Clinical and Health Psychologist (M.Sc.) and Yoga Teacher located in Berlin. I am deeply interested in the connection between the body and the mind and how yoga and meditation can be interweaved with the classic therapy approaches we presently use to enhance mental health.
