Hello there.

Good morning,

Good afternoon,

Or good evening,

Wherever you are and whenever you are.

This is Ryan,

And on this recording I'm going to be walking us through a brief visualization.

So to start,

I would like to invite you to become a little more present,

Present with the here and the now.

Take a moment to feel your body,

Wherever it is,

Whether you're sitting in a chair,

On the floor,

Lying down.

Feel your legs beneath you,

Feet connecting to the ground if they are,

Your shoulders and arms by your side,

Your breath moving in and out.

See if you can slow it down a touch.

Just acknowledge whatever your experience is right now.

Now I'd like to invite you to ask your body for permission to relax a bit,

To let go of any physical tension or stress that you may be experiencing.

Now ask your mind also for permission to relax and let go.

Let go of any anxieties,

Stresses,

Worries,

Or even thoughts of what all you have on your to-do list and just be in the here and now.

Like a small red balloon,

See your worries drifting slowly away into the sky.

Now if you are willing,

Please close your eyes if you haven't done so already and I would like to invite you to turn into your mind's eye.

Here,

Come into seeing yourself standing in front of a large majestic wooden door.

This door is beautifully carved with flowers and geometric patterns in a totally unique and impressive relief.

These carvings seem to be dancing and almost playing in the candlelight.

This is a powerful magic door that only good and loving things can pass through.

You reach out your hand and turn the bronze handle.

Giving the door a push,

It swings open,

Allowing you to enter.

You step inside and gently shut up behind you.

Inside the room you see two large plush cozy chairs seen from a large burning fireplace.

A fire is crackling merrily there and you can feel the gentle warmth on your face and on your hands.

A large delicately woven rug covers the wooden floor and all around on every wall are shelves and shelves of books.

This is the library of your unconscious where inner self has its fast profound knowledge stored away,

Ready for you to access whenever you choose.

Take a moment to take it all in.

The love,

Safety,

And wisdom contained within these walls.

Now a book on your left is calling to you.

See where it is and pick it up off the shelf.

Your inner self has a message for you.

Maybe a grand message,

Maybe something small.

Open up the book and see what it says.

You may find yourself hearing the message or feeling it rather than being able to truly read it.

And if no message is coming through right away,

Know that it is on the way.

Later today,

Tomorrow,

Next week,

The message will come when it is ready and it is ready to and it will be the perfect timing.

So take a moment to sink into whatever your message is or whatever your experience is right now.

Now,

You close the book,

Maybe give it a hug,

And thank your inner self for its wisdom and love in guiding you and put it back on the shelf.

As you walk back to the door,

Take a moment to breathe in this library of yours and appreciate what it feels like.

Know that it is always,

Always here for you.

See yourself opening the door and stepping outside of the room.

Close it behind you and just take a quick breath.

In front of you is a small staircase with a bright light at the top.

As you go up the stairs,

You will gently come back into the present and into your body,

Feeling refreshed.

See yourself starting the walk up with each step becoming more awake and more present.

Now we reach the top.

When you feel ready,

Gently open your eyes.

Take a stretch if you feel called.

And return to the here and now.
