In this meditation we will focus on opening up for the idea of just listening.
Start by sitting comfortably in a quiet place.
Straighten your back,
Let your shoulders fall naturally and your hands to rest heavy.
Take a deep breath and feel how your body relaxes when you exhale.
We start by making contact with our body.
Feel your toes,
Feet,
Your lower legs and your thighs.
Step up to your hips,
Lower back,
Stomach and chest.
Take a breath and put your awareness on your shoulders,
Arms,
Hands and fingers.
Feel your neck,
Your face,
The back of your head and finally the top of your head.
Now open up to the sounds around you.
Take another deep breath and go deeper into the sounds,
Following them wherever they wish to take you.
Follow them and let them take you on a journey.
