Take a moment and just breathe. This moment of mindfulness is a 60 second mediation that you can can do whenever you feel the need. Whenever you need a break in your day to refresh, relax and reconnect. It can be practiced most anywhere, at any time. These meditations are designed to be part of an existing mediation practice. Ideal for beginners or as a back to basics for more experienced practioners.

Close your eyes and just breathe.

Allow the breath to happen naturally.

Just breathe at your own pace.

Observe your breath.

Become curious.

Notice all the different parts of your breath.

Where do you notice the breath the most?

Is it the cool air hitting your nostrils on the inhale?

Or the warm air over your lips as you exhale?

Or perhaps it's that moment of stillness,

That gap between the inhale and the exhale?

Just breathe.

Now it's time to come back to the room.

Become aware of your surroundings and get ready to move on with your day.

Relaxed,

Refreshed,

And reconnected.
