Explore MeditationMaeka is a yoga therapist located on the South Shore of Nova Scotia Canada. They also teach therapy based classes, in a sweet little seaside town, for people with arthritis, joint replacements and other mobility issues. Maeka uses asana, pranyama and meditation techniques to address specific issues and started recording them to share with clients so they can practice at home. They are a graduate of the Breathing Deeply Foundation Yoga Therapy course and are currently enrolled in the advanced program (IAYT). She is a certified yoga teacher RYT200, with additional training in Osteopathy, Yoga Nidra, Ayurveda, Chair Yoga and Pilates.
