Welcome to this healing meditation using the music of Serafisa,

As we embark on a healing journey guided by Mary Magdalene.
I ask you now to make yourself comfortable and take your attention to your heart centre.
Breathing in and out from your heart.
The power is within your breath as you breathe in and as you breathe out.
Taking the love that's in your heart and sending it down through your body,
Through your legs,
Down deep,
Deep into the core of Ascended Mother Earth.
Here you are gifted two beautiful crystals as you wrap your roots around the crystals.
Mother Earth gives you her healing mist and you breathe the mist and the vibration of the crystals up,
Up into your feet,
Into your legs,
Into your knees and thighs,
To your hips,
To the base of your spine.
Breathing in and up the healing mist of Mother Earth,
Up along your spine,
Across your shoulders and down your arms.
You are connected to the Ascended Earth and the heartbeat of Mother Earth.
Taking your attention back to your heart centre once more.
And you're going to breathe in and out,
Sending your love,
Your light,
Up out from your heart,
Through your crown,
Higher and higher to the Creator's realms.
As your light connects to the Divine Creator's light,
You remember you are a divine being,
A being of light.
You are perfect,
You are loved and you are whole.
Breathing in and down the Creator's light as it spirals down,
Awakening,
Cleansing,
Clearing and aligning each and every chakra.
Starting with the stellar gateway,
Opening,
Cleansing,
Clearing and aligning.
Breathing the light down now,
Down into your soul star chakra.
Cleansing,
Clearing and aligning as you remember your soul's gifts from many lifetimes.
Breathing the light down now,
Into your crown,
Opening to joy,
Opening to the divine light to fill and flood every cell of your body,
Every strand of DNA.
As you breathe in the light now,
Cleansing,
Clearing and aligning your crown chakra.
Breathing in the light down now,
Into your third eye.
Cleansing,
Clearing and aligning your third eye chakra.
Breathing down the light into your throat.
Cleansing,
Clearing and aligning.
Breathing the light down now,
Into your heart centre.
Cleansing,
Clearing and aligning your heart centre.
Feel the Creator's light within you.
Breathing the light down now,
Into your solar plexus.
Cleansing,
Clearing and aligning your solar plexus.
Breathing down the light into your sacral.
Cleansing,
Clearing and aligning.
As the light travels down now to your base.
Cleansing,
Clearing and aligning.
Down through your legs,
Through your feet,
Into your earth star chakra.
Cleansing,
Clearing and aligning.
All of your chakras in perfect alignment.
And the divine light cleanses,
Clears every cell of your body.
Your organs,
Your glands,
The blood,
The bones,
The muscles,
The ligaments and tendons.
Your skin glows from inside out with the golden light of the Creator.
Expanding the light now into your auric field.
Cleansing,
Clearing and aligning your three minds.
Your subconscious,
Your conscious and your super conscious mind.
Aligned.
Aligning your physical,
Mental,
Emotional,
Spiritual and karmic bodies.
Inviting in your I AM Presence for you are divine.
You are a creator.
The divine within you honours the divine outside of you.
And with your eyes seeing love,
You honour and see the divine in everyone.
And now it's time to step onto the golden bridge.
And the golden bridge takes you to a healing garden.
With each step across the golden bridge,
Your wings begin to open.
And you remember you are an earth angel.
You are a being of light.
You have come here to the earth.
You have a divine purpose.
Your divine purpose is to shine your light.
Notice how beautiful your wings are.
Notice your halo glowing bright.
And as you step off the golden bridge,
You find yourself in the most beautiful healing garden.
And here you are met by an ascended master.
They have come to remind you,
You too are a master.
You too are ascending.
For you are divine.
And it is time for you to awaken,
Remember and step into your true divinity.
They take you by the hand and lead you up as you spiral up a golden staircase of light,
Higher and higher,
Ascending into the realms of the creator.
As you step off of the golden staircase of light,
You find yourself in pure light.
You and the master are now pure light.
To become one as you blend your light with your master guide,
Who comes to awaken and remind you of your divinity.
Blending as one.
As the light merges,
You become one with the light.
You are light.
You are light.
You are divine.
A divine being of light.
As it's time now to travel back down the golden staircase of light,
Blended as one with your ascended master.
As you step off the golden staircase back into the healing garden,
You take yourself over to your healing pool in the middle of the garden.
And you look at your reflection.
What you look like as an ascended master.
You notice how it feels.
How it is to look with the eyes of love.
How it is to have your heart open.
This can stay with you.
It is your choice.
It is your birthright.
Blended as one with your ascended master guide,
You step back onto the golden bridge with your wings wide open and your halo shining.
Shining your light from your eyes,
From your heart,
Through your voice and your hands.
As you step off the golden bridge and you bring yourself back to where you are sitting or lying,
As you wiggle your fingers and toes,
Notice how it feels when you remember you are divine.
You are perfect.
You are loved and you are whole.
