I invite you on a magical journey of love.

We will start this practice with a deep cleansing breathing technique.

We are going to do three rounds of short but deep cycles of breaths.

The first round will have 11 cycles of breaths.

The second round – 15,

And the last one – 21 deep in and out breaths.

You will need to take a short,

About 2 seconds,

Breath in with your nose from your belly,

Feeling how your chest fills with air,

And about 2 seconds out breath with your nose,

Feeling how air flows through your chest and belly,

Emptying them.

This will clear your mind from all the thoughts and worries,

And it will help you to concentrate your full awareness on your inner sensations.

Let me show you how you will need to breathe.

Then I'll invite you to open a source of unconditional love within you and align with the frequency of love.

This is a very powerful practice that will bring miracles into your life.

You will be able to raise your vibration,

Feel it with your body,

And live your day on a frequency of love.

Make yourself comfortable.

It's better to take a comfortable sitting position with your back straight to allow the air to flow freely along your spine.

Take off your shoes and place your feet on the floor or ground.

Close your eyes.

Open your eyes.

Take a deep breath in and out.

Center your body.

Let it fully relax.

Your breath becomes slower and deeper than usual.

Imagine and feel that you are breathing through your heart.

Let's start the first round of breathing.

Get ready.

Let's begin.

And relax.

Concentrate on your inner sensations.

Allow your awareness to dive deeper.

Breathe deeper through your heart and feel.

Now let's get ready for the second round of breathing.

Let's begin.

And relax.

You dive deeper with your awareness into the vastness of your being.

Keep breathing through your heart.

The last round of breathing.

Let's begin.

And relax.

Your breath gets slower.

You feel your inner space.

It's emptiness and peace.

Imagine that a bright golden light shines from your heart.

Breathe through your heart.

Let it shine brighter.

Feel the vibration of love from within your being.

Intend to open your heart wider and connect to the source of unconditional love within.

Let love out.

Let it fill your whole body with this magical energy of love.
