Explore MeditationMarchelle is a creator of meditations, sound baths, and yoga practices that are restorative, inspired by nature and Galatians 5:22-23. She started practicing yoga during the start of the pandemic in 2020 as a way to reengage physically and mentally. She found the practice so soulfully rich that she naturally wanted to share it with others. Her training includes Hatha yoga (200 RYS) and Vinyassa with Social Emotional Learning education (200 RYS), sound healing, Theory of Sankofa, Soulful Introduction to Mindfulness, Calm Classroom, and beyond. As an educator of over 25 years, she has studied psychology, Afro-American music, modern dance, behavioral science, education, and organizational change. Marchelle loves teaching gentle, body positive, slow flow yoga for beginners, creating chill meditation beats, and enjoying a great cup of tea.
