Good morning my fellow morning people.
I believe it is going to be an awesome day today.

And the ringmaster of good vibrations.
This morning let's talk a little bit about vibrations,
Specifically the law of attraction.
It's nothing new.
Plato wrote back at 391 BC that likes tend towards likes.
Today in the modern day the law of attraction is the attractive magnetic power of the universe that draws similar energies together.
It manifests through the power of creation everywhere and in many ways.
Even the law of gravity is part of the law of attraction.
This law attracts thoughts,
Ideas,
People,
Situation,
And circumstances.
The negative comes about because of limiting beliefs.
Good news is we can eliminate those.
Psychologists support the use of affirmations.
Affirmations are a key tool in your law of attraction arsenal and well supported in psychology.
For example,
A research at the University of Exeter has published on constructive repetitive thought.
They found that people constantly tell themselves they can meet a goal are more likely to meet that goal.
The simple act of believing in a positive outcome can help ensure one.
Wow,
We just have to think good thoughts?
Yeah,
You just have to believe.
And to help remind us to believe in the positive and believe in ourselves,
We're going to use believe as our mantra today.
So let's believe in the power of the universe and plug into the law of attraction through our meditation.
Get yourself situated in a comfy spot and feel free to lie down.
We're going to start by taking a few deep breaths and help get our minds and bodies a little oxygenated.
So we'll breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth.
Make sure we extend that out breath to get all the air out of our lungs.
We'll do a series of three breaths.
Let's begin.
Breathe in and out slowly pushing out all the air.

And exhale again.
When you exhale this time,
Just return to your normal breathing.
Now I want you to say with me our mantra seven times out loud,
Then we'll whisper it seven times and then continue to repeat.
