Hello my friends, This is Molly speaking. Welcome back to your practice. Today's offering is a manifestation practice to attract abundance and to welcome in a sense of liberation, Freedom, Joy and presence. The sounds that I have chosen to use to accompany this journey support magnetism and support manifestation. So before we settle down to allow the sounds to do their work, Let's take a moment to close the eyes, To take a deep breath in through the nose, Out through the mouth and to tap into your heart center. Noticing the quality of your heart today, The feelings, Thoughts, The presence, Any sensations that you can observe and know that your heart contains encoding for your highest potential. The universe is always conspiring in your favor, So this meditation is about attracting your most abundant self. So let's form an intention, A really clear vision as to what we are attracting and it's important to form this intention in the present tense. For example, If you send a wish out to the universe, Then that thing will only ever be in the state of wishing. Whereas if you see something as already present in your life, Then it shall be so. So taking the time to form your intention, Your manifestation, Knowing that this is already present for you, This has already arrived, This manifestation that is in alignment with your soul's highest purpose, Your higher self. Take a few breaths, Relaxing now into the sounds, Continuing to hold that vision in clarity. If you get distracted, Come back to your intention, Coming back to your vision and holding that clearly in your heart, Knowing that this is already arrived, It is already so. Relax my friend, There is nothing left to do.
