The sound of this meditation is all you need at this moment as you drift off to sleep,
Take a deep breath and release it,
You deserve comfort and relaxation and you can let everything go for now and rest,

Let every part of your body release tensions of the day,
Feel your feet now,
All tension releases down through your feet allowing them to relax fully,
Allow flowing energy and space to ripple and glide down through your feet,
Notice your legs now,
Your calves and knees and thighs,
All tension releases down through your legs and out through your feet allowing them to fully release and relax,
Notice your stomach and pelvis,
Release all tension now and begin to relax,
Glide down through your stomach and pelvis,
Notice your back and chest,
Allow all tensions to release and relax completely,
Notice your neck,
Your arms,
Your shoulders,
They are also releasing and relaxing,
Allow energy to flow downwards through your neck,
Your arms,
Your shoulders,
Down through your legs and out through your feet,
Your head too relaxes,
All of the muscles that surround your head that connect are releasing and allowing flowing energy and space to glide down through your head,
You feel your whole body relax and expand,
