I welcome you all to the second last meditation of our 21 meditation set and today I welcome you to meditation which is called as the silence meditation.
Well,
As the name suggests,
I'm not going to talk,
It's just silence and it's beautiful.
And keep breathing and breathe out.
I hope you have taken your positions.
As you breathe in and breathe out gently close your eyes.
Keep breathing in and keep breathing out.
Relax your shoulders,
Relax your spine,
Relax your hands,
Relax your feet,
Relax the nerves behind your ears.
Breathe in and breathe out a few more times.
As we start the silence meditation now.

Slowly start preparing yourself to come back.
Come back to the room or the place where you're sitting right now.
Come back to your body.
Feel your feet.
Feel your hands.
Feel your spine.
Feel your shoulders.
And gently open your eyes.
Let your feet complete.
I wish you a day full of silence.
Speak.
Do what you need to do.
Your work,
Your regular life.
But speak when necessary.
There's not happening in silence.
A lot of observing happens.
A lot of witnessing happens.
A lot of things and activities are happening around us.
If we are just able to observe silence for a while and witness it.
Witness the beauty around you.
Witness the love around you.
Witness everything around you.
It's like you could be surrounded with thousands of people but yet you could be absolutely silent and still.
Initially sometimes just being in silence can be difficult and I can understand I've been there.
Just go with it.
The silence is going to show you the truth very very very fast and sometimes we are not okay to face the truth.
And silence can be difficult sometimes.
But if not now,
Till when are we going to be in denial and not face the truth,
Right?
